1. About these terms

These terms relate to your use of astrologerdrpoojabhatia.com and online consultation booking services offered under the Dr Pooja Bhatia brand by Astrozcafe (business/merchant name). By placing a booking, you confirm that you have reviewed the displayed service, price, selected date/time and relevant policy links.

2. Services and scope

Services may include astrology consultation, urgent astrology consultation, tarot reading and other related guidance. A service is available for immediate online booking only if its fixed price, duration and available slot are explicitly displayed during checkout.

Services such as Vastu, gemstone consulting, rectification or specialised guidance may require the team to confirm scope, duration and fees separately. Course registrations or physical products, where offered, may have separate terms disclosed before purchase.

3. Nature of guidance

Astrology, tarot, Vastu and spiritual guidance are interpretive or belief-based services. They do not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, financial, legal or health outcome. They do not replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from qualified healthcare, legal, investment, immigration or other licensed professionals. You remain responsible for decisions made following a consultation.

4. Appointments and booking confirmation

Select an eligible service and available date/time, provide accurate contact details, and complete checkout if it is offered. A slot may be temporarily reserved while payment is pending, but the appointment is confirmed only when the system verifies captured payment and displays or sends a confirmation reference.

A pending or declined payment is not a confirmed booking. If your account was debited but a confirmation is delayed, do not pay again immediately; contact the team with your booking reference and payment details so it can be reconciled. Availability, session format and any special requirements are communicated by the team.

5. Pricing, payment and invoices

Consultation pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Standard astrology and tarot reading may be offered at ₹5,100 for 30 minutes, and urgent astrology consultation at ₹11,000 for 30 minutes, where those services are enabled on the booking page. The amount and duration displayed at the time of checkout take precedence over examples in this text.

Payments may be processed by Razorpay. Any applicable taxes or additional charges should be shown before the customer authorises payment. Payment completion is not a guarantee that a delayed/expired slot remains available; such cases require manual support and, where applicable, refund handling.

6. Customer responsibilities and fair use

Provide correct contact details, join or attend at the agreed time, treat staff respectfully, and avoid sharing another person's sensitive data without proper authority. We may decline unsafe, abusive or unlawful requests and will handle any amounts already received in line with applicable law and the published refund policy.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund rules are set out in the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review them before paying. An appointment cannot be rescheduled solely by placing another overlapping booking; contact the support team for help.

8. Website availability and changes

We try to keep website information and appointment availability accurate; however, temporary outages, technical disruptions and service changes can occur. We will review verified payments or bookings affected by technical errors and assist with appropriate rescheduling or refunds, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
